    Ms. Feng Ruina is currently work flow management personnel in IPFuTure. She was engaged in work flow in a large IP agency after graduation. After joining IPFuTure, she has been long providing multiple enterprises and institutions with work flow services in patent application (including minutes of patent case mining, minutes of overseas review, patent analysis and pre-statistical work of patent consulting), establishment of work flow system for patent cases (including application documents and OA reply) such as case distribution, deadline regulation, and communication with the people in charge on patent work flow issues, and discussion with enterprises’ IPR on patent work flow, formulation of rules and regulations, formulation of rewards and punishment system, and case summary exchange from agencies, etc.
