Professional experience：

    Dr. Zhang Yan is a partner of IPFuTure, she has over 10 years of experience in IP industry. As the project leader, she has successfully provided China Mobile, State Grid, China Railway Corporation, Sichuan Jiuzhou Group and other large and ultra-large enterprise groups with consultancy services in global patent management system building and improvement, patent quality management and control, and patent value assessment, etc.; and has won high praise from clients in terms of understanding and insight of clients’ needs, overall design and feasibility of project proposals, promoting the integration of patent work with enterprise innovation and business activities, and enhancing the influence of patent work. Meanwhile, Dr. Zhang Yan has also long been serving as IP consultant for many innovative enterprises invested by ZhenFund and Northern Light, etc., providing pertinent advice on IP strategies and risks in enterprise development and external technical cooperation. Based on abundant consulting practice, Dr. Zhang Yan is also actively engaged in research on general model of IP management and extraction of management experience. She is the main drafter of the first national IP standard Enterprise Intellectual Property Management as well as the main drafter of IP Analysis and Appraisal Guidance; and at present as an initiator, she represents China to participate in formulation of ISO international standards for IP management in innovation activities. In addition, Dr. Zhang Yan has also long been providing IP management course training for national IP advantage enterprises and model enterprises.
