Professional experience：

    Mr. Ma Junfang is a partner of IPFuTure, he has 15 years of experience in IP industry, focuses on enhancing enterprise IP management together with clients. Mr. Ma Junfang is responsible for the management of patent consulting projects in information communication and mobile internet with extensive practical experience in cultivation of core patents and coping with patent risks. In the aspect of essential patent cultivation and evaluation in international standard of mobile communication, he has assisted clients to cultivate more than 60 potential essential patents of mobile communication standard with some having successfully passed independent evaluation of world-renowned patent pools. Meanwhile, he used to provide multiple terminal enterprises with necessity assessment of international standard related patents with his analysis providing important support for clients’ transactions of standard related patents. Mr. Ma Junfang has long served as a member of CCSA IP Work Group, and has participated in the entire design and formulation of its standard IP policy. In terms of coping with patent risk, he is good at patent dispute solution before litigation, and has rich case accumulation and comprehension in evaluation of rights stability of risk patents and contrastive analysis of patent infringement.
